This Privacy Policy explains how NeverLose CRM ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service at neverlosecrm.com and app.neverlosecrm.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and/or phone number depending on how you authenticate (Google, email, or phone).

CRM data: Everything you enter into the app — contacts, jobs, notes, pipeline stages, campaigns, and any other data you create. This data is yours.

Billing information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — we never see or store your full card number.

Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as pages visited and features used to improve the Service. This data is aggregated and not tied to individual users where possible.

Error data: We use Sentry to capture error reports so we can fix bugs quickly. Error reports may include browser type, device type, and the page you were on when an error occurred.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process your subscription payments via Stripe
• To send SMS messages on your behalf via Twilio (Pro Plus only, with your instruction)
• To send you important account or service notifications
• To diagnose and fix technical issues via Sentry error reports
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your CRM data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

NeverLose CRM relies on the following trusted third-party services to operate:

• Firebase / Google — Authentication, database (Firestore), and hosting infrastructure
• Stripe — Subscription billing and payment processing
• Twilio — SMS sending and receiving (Pro Plus plan)
• Sentry — Error monitoring and crash reporting
• Netlify — Website hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

4. SMS Communications

If you use SMS features (Pro Plus), messages are sent through Twilio on your behalf to contacts you have explicitly added to the Service. We store message content in your account to provide conversation history. Inbound replies from your contacts are routed back to your inbox within the app.

We do not use your contacts' phone numbers for any purpose other than sending the messages you instruct us to send.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase Security Rules that restrict each user's data to their own account, and access controls that prevent other users from seeing your data.

While we take security seriously, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data will be deleted from our servers within 90 days. You may request immediate deletion by emailing us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — you can export it from account settings (Pro and Pro Plus plans)
• Correct inaccurate data — edit it directly in the app at any time
• Delete your data — cancel your account or email us
• Opt out of non-essential communications — unsubscribe from any emails we send

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated.
